By submitting information through the website, you represent that the information is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you have the authority to provide it.

Project descriptions, pricing references, investment ranges, timelines, square footage, features, materials, photographs, renderings, construction details, and completed-project examples may reflect a particular project, time, location, scope, client decision, or market condition. Every property and project is different. Actual feasibility, design, cost, schedule, scope, performance, availability, and results depend on many factors that can be evaluated only through a project-specific process and, when appropriate, a written agreement.

NO BUILDER-CLIENT RELATIONSHIP

Visiting the website, downloading a resource, sending an email, submitting the Start a Conversation form, or participating in an initial discussion does not create a builder-client, design, consulting, fiduciary, joint-venture, partnership, or other professional relationship with Marcello Homes.

No project relationship begins unless and until the appropriate written agreement has been signed by Marcello Homes and the applicable client or property owner.

Marcello Homes is not required to accept, pursue, price, or respond to every inquiry.

OWNERSHIP OF WEBSITE CONTENT

The website and its original content, including copy, branding, logos, graphics, layouts, photographs, videos, project descriptions, editorial materials, and other creative elements, are owned by Marcello Homes or used with permission from the applicable owner.

The Modern Home Premium and any other downloadable Marcello Homes resource are provided for the recipient’s personal planning and educational use.

Unless Marcello Homes gives written permission, a resource may not be distributed, forwarded, resold, republished, edited, rebranded, uploaded, reposted, incorporated into another company’s materials, used as a template for competing content, or made available through another website, shared drive, course, membership, or document library.

Please do not send trade secrets, passwords, Social Security numbers, financial-account information, health information, government identification numbers, or other highly sensitive information through the website or a general inquiry.

Marcello Homes may transfer its rights and obligations under these Terms as part of a merger, reorganization, financing, sale, or transfer of the business or its assets. A visitor may not transfer rights under these Terms without written permission.
