The Start a Conversation form is intended to collect enough information for Marcello Homes to review and respond to a project inquiry. At launch, the form does not accept plans, surveys, photographs, payment information, or other file uploads.

Please do not submit Social Security numbers, financial-account information, government identification numbers, health information, passwords, or other sensitive personal information through the website or a general project-inquiry message.

We may receive information about prospective clients from sources such as architects, engineers, designers, real estate professionals, past clients, referrals, social-media platforms, advertising platforms, and lead-generation forms. We use that information to respond to the referral or inquiry and to determine whether a Marcello Homes service may be relevant.

Project Communications

When you submit the Start a Conversation form or otherwise contact us about a project, we may use your contact information to confirm receipt, respond to the inquiry, ask follow-up questions, discuss the project, and communicate about a potential or active business relationship.

Submitting a project inquiry does not by itself schedule a consultation or create a contractual relationship with Marcello Homes.

Marketing Communications

When you request The Modern Home Premium, the form will state: “By requesting this guide, you’ll also receive occasional editorial resources, planning insights, and updates from Marcello Homes. You may unsubscribe at any time.” You may also unsubscribe by using the unsubscribe link in a marketing email or by contacting info@marcello.homes.

The Start a Conversation form does not automatically add every inquiry to general marketing emails. Where the optional marketing checkbox is offered, it will be unchecked by default. People who do not select it may still receive communications directly related to their inquiry or project.

We may retain a record of an unsubscribe request so that we can continue honoring it.

COOKIES AND SIMILAR TECHNOLOGIES

Marketing emails will include a method to unsubscribe. Transactional, project-related, legal, or service communications may continue when necessary even after a person unsubscribes from general marketing.

Marcello Homes must maintain a valid physical postal address in commercial marketing emails as required by applicable email law. That address does not need to be published on this Privacy Policy page.

TESTIMONIALS AND REVIEWS

Marcello Homes may publish reviews, testimonials, project photographs, or other client-provided content only with appropriate permission. Published content may include a client’s name, initials, project area, or other approved details, depending on the permission provided.

Visitors will not submit public reviews directly through the website at launch.

CHILDREN’S PRIVACY

The website is intended for adults considering custom-home construction, design-build services, or substantial remodeling. It is not directed to children under 13, and Marcello Homes does not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13.

If we learn that we collected personal information directly from a child under 13 without appropriate authorization, we will take reasonable steps to delete it. A parent or guardian may contact info@marcello.homes with a concern.
