Selected Work
Architecture Worth Protecting. Craftsmanship Worth Remembering.
The work takes different forms.
Some homes begin on open land. Others begin with an existing home ready to be reconsidered.
We believe our work is best understood by seeing it—through the architecture, spaces, materials, details, and moments that make each home distinct.
This collection brings together modern custom homes, renovations, work in progress, architectural studies, and carefully resolved details from projects across the Charlotte area—offering a broader view of the work and ideas shaping Marcello Homes.

Some of the most important parts of a home are found between the wide views.
A transition. An alignment. The way two materials meet. The way light changes a space.

From the overall form and relationship to the site to the smallest interior detail, the strongest work feels connected from one view to the next.

CLOSING STATEMENT
A COLLECTION THAT REPRESENTS HOW WE BUILD
Selected Work is not meant to document everything we have built.
It is a continually evolving collection of the homes, spaces, details, and ideas that best represent the direction of Marcello Homes.
As new work is completed, the collection will evolve with it.
